I sometimes see messages saying that nanobind is immature/a hobby
project (today's find: https://github.com/halide/Halide/issues/6662).

It obviously *is* a hobby project like many other open source efforts.
However, using that term in a derogative way seems misleading.

So this commit adds some user testimonials to highlight success stories.
Please feel free to suggest further entries :).
